Access and Inclusion

Lotterywest and Healthway’s Access and Inclusion Plan (AIP) outlines how we ensure all people have equal access to our facilities and services.

Our plan emphasises:

  • building a culture of diversity and inclusion in our workplace;
  • improving the experience of customers from marginalised groups, particularly through our digital channels; and 
  • increasing awareness and availability of information on access and inclusion
