Reporting and acquittals

Each project funded by Healthway is required to complete an acquittal report at the conclusion of their funding. The comprehensiveness of the evaluation requirements is determined by the type of project and level of funding provided. The acquittal report is due one month after the conclusion of your project. All reports are to be submitted via the Lotterywest Healthway Grants Portal.
