  • Provide advice to our people and Board on the overall direction of the Health Promotion Research Program.

Grants recommended by the Board for funding are referred to the Minister for Preventative Health for approval.

All appointments are for a minimum of three years, with possibility of extension, unless:

  • A member resigns.
  • A member’s appointment is terminated. Termination may be initiated by Healthway’s Chief Executive Officer, in consultation with the Committee Chair.
  • The Board reviews the Committee structure in a way that affects the terms of appointment.

Members are not remunerated.
