Act Belong Commit

Man standing in front of an 'ACT mural'

You will see Act Belong Commit promoted across a number of Healthway funded projects throughout metropolitan and regional WA.

Curtin University, through The Mentally Healthy WA team delivers the Act Belong Commit Program to the WA community.

Being active, having a sense of belonging, and having a purpose in life all contribute to happiness and good mental health.

We are proud to be a founding partner of the Act Belong Commit message.

The Act Belong Commit program supports our work to:

  • Increase the number of Western Australians that are mentally healthy
  • Increase public knowledge of strategies for staying mentally healthy
  • Improve public understanding of the catalysts of good mental health
  • Improve knowledge of how to seek help when needed.

Visit www.actbelongcommit.org.au to download resources and learn more about being mentally healthy.
