Sponsorship Application Closing Dates

• All applications requesting sponsorship under $5,000 are due no less than 3 months prior to the commencement of the sponsored event or activity.
  
  
•  All applications requesting sponsorship over $5,000 are due no less than 4 months prior to the commencement of the sponsored event or activity. 
   
• All applications requesting sponsorship over $5,000 for an annual program of events or activities must be aligned to a calendar or financial year. Prospective applicants should discuss this issue with Healthway if unsure as to which option is most appropriate.
  
  Applications for annual programs are due no less than 4 months prior to the commencement of the year of activity i.e. applications requesting sponsorship for an annual program of activities commencing on 1 July 2012 are due by 29 February 2012.
  
  
• Healthy Club applications for the Winter 2012 round will be closing at 5pm on Friday 17 February 2012.
